Soy Meat
This simple and delicious recipe will be the base of many meals. Full of amino acids and healthy stuff, easy to make and beautifully flavored, you’ll never get it wrong with it. Use it for pasta, lasaña, tacos, stuffed in tomatoes to bake or with rice, and impress everyone, giving them a good quality food without the toxins, steroids and antibiotics the animal product has.

- Extra virgin olive oil
- Onion, finely cut
- Garlic, well chopped, not cut
- Laurel leaves
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- Mushrooms, finely cut
- Red wine
- Soy sauce
- Napolitan sauce
- Water
- Fine texturized soy
- Paprika
- Cumin
- Parsley
- Salt
- Olives
Procedure
Start by adding the oil, garlic, laurel, onions, thyme and rosemary to the pan, medium heat, 5 min.
Add the mushrooms, wine, soy sauce and Napolitan sauce and let it boil for 5 min.
Finally, add the water, mix well and proceed with the texturized soy.
The soy will absorb most of the liquid. Let it cook for 5 more minutes and then add the paprika, cumin, parsley, salt and olives and let it cook for 2 more minutes.
